Butterflies - a little tweaked

I wasn't too happy with the colors in my girl with the butterflies painting. Instead of completely revamping it, which I did consider, I thought I'd take the lazy way out and digitally teak it's colors.

It has a slightly silver screen mood to it, which suits this girl better, I think.

What do you think?

It's also listed as a print in my Etsy shop.

hi, I found your blog through the etsy forum, love your artwork, this particular one seem more melancholy just by changing the colours.

Oh Fun! I've been guilty once or twice, too, when it comes to tweaking things in photoshop out of laziness. ;) Plus, they make a fun pair.

Oh I love the silvery purples. I actually quite like both of them. Maybe you should do a whole series of them in different color schemes!

If you have a spare moment, take a swing by my blog. I'm having a give-away. It's a contest to win a print of my original collage entitled "Rabbit's Curious Day".
